Beef Meatballs in Marinara

Ingredients for 4-6 people:
2/3 cup fresh bread crumbs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup minced onion
1/4 cup olive oil
1 lb lean ground beef
1 egg, lightly beaten
4 tablespoons grated parmesan
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
2 garlic cloves, finely minced
salt and pepper
2 cups marinara sauce

In small bowl, soak bread crumbs in milk.
Over medium heat, cook onion in 2 tbsp olive oil for 3 minutes in a skillet.
In a large bowl, combine onion mixture with breadcrumbs and milk, beef, egg, parmesan, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper. Form mixture into meatballs, about 1 1/2 inches in diameter
In large skillet, warm remaining olive oil until hot. Add meatballs and cook, turning occasionally until brown.
Add marinara to skillet and bring to a simmer, stirring. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add linguine or spaghetti.
