Baked Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs

4 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup dry crumbs
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 boneless skinless thighs

Preheat oven to 350ᵒF. Lightly grease a baking dish.
In bowl 1: blend the olive oil and garlic.
In bowl 2: mix the crumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, pepper, and salt.
Dip each chicken thighs in bowl 1, then in bowl 2.
Arrange the coated chicken thighs in the baking dish, and top with some of the remaining of bowl 2.
Bake 40 minutes.
