Bacon and Onion Crêpes


Father Basic Crepe items – see Crepe recipe on our web page under desserts

1 package Bacon – turkey or regular.

2 yellow sweet Onions, thinly sliced

Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Packet of Chives, sliced


1. Cook Bacon and Onions in two different pans. Saute onions until brown and bacon cooked until done and then drain the fat. Lie on paper towel

2. Cut Bacon into pieces and put onto plate.

3. Set onions on separate plate, similar to a buffet-style dinner – this is where we’re headed with the garnishes.

4. Slice chives finely in a little bowl

5. Place Parmesan in small bowl

6. Cook crepes and top with garnishes to taste
