Apple Crisp by Kirti


4 large apples
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 cup of oatmeal
1 pinch of salt
1/3 cup of butter


1. Heat oven to 375ᵒF
2. Peel and slice apples
3. Combine melted butter with dry ingredients
4. Arrange the apple slices on a 9 x 13 baking pan
5. Sprinkle apples with lemon juice
6. Distribute crumble mixture over apples
7. Bake for about 30 minutes, or until apples are soft and tender
