Aarayez “brides”

Ingredients:

·         1lb ground beef 7% fat

·         1/2 onion

·         2 tomatoes

·         1 bell green pepper

·         1 cap of ground cinnamon (the top to close and open the bottle)

·         1/2 teaspoon salt

·         pita bread

·         pickles

·         your choice of parsley or fresh basil from the garden

Cut in little pieces the onion, tomatoes, pepper, and slice the pickles.

Mix those ingredients with the meat in a bowl. Add the cinnamon and the salt.

Fry large drops of this meat in a dry pan (do not add butter or oil).

Eat the “as desired” cooked meat in half of the pita bread adding pickles and parsley or basil.
